Delivery times
The delivery period begins on the day after your order. If you pay by bank transfer in advance, it begins on the day after we receive your payment. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period ends on the next working day.
Guest Wall and Wedding Ritual
Delivery takes three to five working days, even if your celebration is still a few months away.
Rental kit
We send the rental kit with the tools and metal tags separately, so that it reaches you two to three days before your celebration. Shipping of the rental kit is already included in the shipping costs. For deliveries to other EU countries, delivery may take a few days longer.
Returning the rental kit
After your celebration, you only send the rental kit back to us, no later than the third working day after the celebration. We will email you a free DHL return label. You can find all details on returns in our Rental terms.
Express shipping
For the Guest Wall and Wedding Ritual, we offer express shipping within Germany with DHL Express. Your order will be delivered by 10:30 am on the second working day after we receive it at the latest. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Express shipping costs €59 and is charged in addition to the regular shipping costs. If regular shipping is free, you only pay the €59. Express shipping is available with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay and Klarna, but not with bank transfer in advance.
For express delivery to other EU countries or for other products, just email us at info@kreativfreunde.com.
Payment options
PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna and bank transfer in advance.
If you choose bank transfer in advance, please transfer the amount within 7 days of placing your order. We ship once your payment has been received.
