Report damage

Where people celebrate, things can occasionally get damaged or lost. That's no problem: just tell us here what happened, including if something wasn't right with your delivery. We will get back to you within 24 hours on working days.

In case of transport damage: Please let us know within five days of receipt, upload photos of the product and the packaging, and keep the parcel and packaging.
